Welcome and thanks for your interest in our little restaurant!
'Shteryo Yurukov has the culinary sensibilities of a hunter and a forager. He loves the taste of saddle of rabbit, others cook crab claws with garlic, he cooks them with wild garlic. He makes a foraged coastline salad that blows you away with its mixture of exotica, bitterness and wildness. To his love of ruddy and feral, he brings a precise technique and sensibility. The result is brilliant eating, food that is sensual and slightly crazy, yet utterly lovable.

Add in Eva's charming mastery of the room and you can see why everyone wants to be in Sage.'
